We conduct structured assessments of the operational risks facing your business — on the ground, not from a spreadsheet — and develop a comprehensive plan to reduce, manage and monitor those risks. This includes on-site evaluations, route analysis, driver interviews, crisis response planning and the deployment of tracking technology. Nautilus is not a security company or an insurance broker. We are the firm that identifies your exposure, documents it clearly and remains engaged when it matters most.
Security companies respond to incidents after they occur. Insurance brokers quantify the financial impact once the damage is done. Nautilus focuses on prevention — assessing your operation, identifying genuine exposure and building a mitigation plan before an incident takes place. We work in conjunction with your existing security provider and broker, complementing rather than replacing them.
The initial consultation is a focused thirty-minute session conducted by phone, video call or in person. We begin by listening — understanding your operation, the risks you are concerned about and what has already been tried. We then provide an honest assessment of whether and how we can assist. There is no obligation and no sales pressure. If we are not the right fit, we will say so directly.
Nautilus is headquartered in Gauteng and operates across all nine provinces. We work wherever your operation requires — KwaZulu-Natal, the Western Cape, the Eastern Cape, cross-border corridors and remote locations. Travel costs are factored into the project quote.
